The creation of your family tree
and the corresponding family history requires a considerable
amount of time and effort. Accuracy is paramount.
We at The Family Heritage Company are
extremely diligent, conscientious and thorough in all our research procedures.
Our reputation, success and future
are built on the satisfaction of our clients. This is never compromised.
A transcript of all sources of information
collated to form your family history is filed, catalogued and returned
with your completed family heirloom. Various sources used in our research
are:
Register of Births, Marriage
and Deaths: These certificates offer a comprehensive source
from which we can construct your family history.
- Census Records: A wealth of information
on the people staying at the address on the night of the census. Information
such as: names, ages, relation to the head of household, place of
birth and occupation.
- Old Parish Records: Although
the records may vary in quality and legibility from one parish to
another, they are the main source of information prior to 1855.
- Other Sources: We optimise the quality
and depth of our completed heirloom by utilising all possible sources
of information to further enrich your family history. Such as: local
newspapers, cemeteries, local history books and various other valuable
methods.
